As I launch TrueJam Insights, I want to be incredibly clear about how I operate and where my professional affiliations lie. For me, “High Integrity” isn’t just a tagline; it’s a commitment to being 100% transparent with my clients about the work I do and why I do it.

Professional Affiliations and Ethics Outside of my work here at TrueJam, I continue to serve as a consultant for Lexipol, an organization that provides policy solutions specifically for the public safety sector (Police, Fire, and EMS).

I am proud of my work there, but I want my TrueJam clients to know exactly what that means for our partnership:

1. Clear Boundaries: My work with Lexipol is focused on the public safety sector. TrueJam Insights is my dedicated vehicle for serving non-profits, private businesses, and individuals.

2. Unbiased Recommendations: My primary duty is to you , the client. I will never let my outside professional connections influence the recommendations I give you. If I suggest a path forward, it’s because it is the best move for your specific organization, period.

3. Transparency First: I believe in “Governance without the Gridlock,” but I also believe in “Governance without Secrets.” If there is ever a situation where my professional affiliations could even appear to be a conflict of interest, you will be the first to know.

Applying “High-Stakes” Experience The benefit of my varied background—from my early days as a PI to my three decades in law enforcement leadership and my current consulting work—is that I’ve seen what “Gold Standard” policy looks like in every arena.
